The heart of the app is a digital preference library; a field book and guide about what is important to each Decision Maker. It holds a rich and living data set of documents, photos, videos, and audio that together, tell the Decision Maker's story in their own way.

Supporters connect with Decision Makers in a Circle of Support within Volition. Supporters may be parents, other family members, friends, carers, or anyone else that the Decision Maker chooses!
When necessary, a Supporter can manage Volition entirely on behalf of Decision Makers who may not be able to do this for themselves.
